How fantastic is that for Archie`s owers, poor people must have long since given up hope of ever getting him back, just shows how the microchip does work if its looked for properly (Thinking the old boy on the other thread), its how I got CJ back, he was gone for 4 days and that seemed like a lifetime to me, goodness kows how these owners must have felt
I bumped into them on my walk yesterday! He looks good and the owner told me that personality wise he was no different, as if he'd never been away, he looked a healthy weight, she said the only thing was his teeth were all damaged. He was running around happily with her other dogs.

That's really great news Maria. There's always the worry about how these horrid experiences affect a dog so it's wonderful to know that he's doing so well, thanks for the update
Funnily enough Angela, she lives in the next village to me and walks in the same woods and I've never met her before, we started chatting because I asked if her Bavarian Hound was a Bavarian Hound and she was surprised I recognised the breed, we'd had quite a long chat about that dog and then about terriers, as she has one and I have two before she told me the Archie story! He looked a lovely chap
