This chap was found tied to railings. He was a bit nervous but is a well trained friendly dog. He has been to the vet and appears to have hip dysplasia, so would appear to have been dumped.

Poor boy. The only pressie he needs for Christmas is a loving new home.

Why would someone abandon a dog in that fashion? If they can't keep him for some reason then go to a good rescue, not just leave him tied up on the street. Evil or Very Mad
