Just heard from Wales, Ash is now officially registered. He has been with his new owner for several weeks and has really fallen on his feet as the whole family love him to bits and it's fairly rural so he gets lots of free runs too 
We're going to exchange photos - I've made a little album of him growing up for the little girl to have. I just feel so lucky that they're keeping in touch - it makes such a difference to know how he is.
But I'm still a bit gob-smacked that he made it - after all we were rookies and his mum was outside bred, we're told both make it more likely the dog will fail. So well done lad
And it also helps to know that a daft dog can turn out so well. Gives us hope for Mitch

Oh that's excellent news .... Especially as he's found himself a lovely rural family to fuss over him too .
Well done you for the huge part you played in his upbringing. Puppy Walking can be blimmin' hard at times but so rewarding when you know you have produced a very useful member of society.
