He is such a good boy! and I totally understand about him doing it because you asked him to, and now doing it because he is enjoying it, you can really see the difference! As Chester was the same.. so pleased for you!
I really should do an update on my little curly gundog! as same as you, I like to read back how we were/are doing!
awwww Becs - that sounds brilliant - clever boy Zorro
I keep contemplating a trip to khaki-town with Zoods in preparation for the next pupster - then she does something to make me question my wisdom (today it was disappearing through a hedge followed by much squawking & returning with an almost dead/killed by her rabbit - and she was on her long line, sigh)
WTG Zorro, he's obviously trying to stay 1 step ahead of his little sister so he can keep he on the straight and narrow should she throw a teenage tantrum sometime in the future.
Just seen this Becs! What a star that boy is. I would be enormously proud if he was my dog, enormously. Those are tricky retrieves alright. Well done that boy
So hoping he can come and join us when the real thing is underway

Nothing would give me a bigger thrill Helen, than if Zorro were to ever to be a 'useful' member of a real, proper shoot. I'll just keep working on getting him chilled around gun-shot and then maybe, just maybe.......!
