in that case, i hope you can get this sorted with petplan. I know they are supposed to be good, even if they are the probably the most expensive insurance company on the market. Rolling Eyes

I was going to suggest that you put it all in writing to Petplan, and keep a copy of the letter you send

I letter seems to get a better response, I have found, when dealing with large companies

Good luck, and I really hope that you get a good result from them

Yes I agree. We always get a better response when sending a letter than a phone call. You also have hard evidence too that you can reference. Also, send it recorded delivery so that you can see that it is signed for and they can't say at a later date they never received it.
