My wife broke a bone in her hand a few weeks back, the day before I had set up an afternoon taking black dog pictures with a photographer. Her job was to handle the dogs. Every time she sent the dog with her right hand there was a yelp of pain, but no sympathy, just comments like “can’t you get that dog out a bit faster” …. “Bit more positive direction please”. Embarassed

I persuaded her to go to see the doctor as the hand was twice the size that it should be and all sort of black and yellow. The doctor said “oh that looks nasty” and sent her home saying that time and paracetamol are the best healers.

Turner Richards now do a remote attachment for their hand launcher – could be worth it.
