Point taken, and off course you and Jill absolutely right! I shall return to only posting on the FT&H forum in future when I see an opportunity to slip in a crafty quip about the joys of Heel work to Music!

Just want to say that I'm no longer mega-confused, thanks to the lovely pm's, texts, phone calls and posts from folks who have tried way and above the call of duty to de-confuse me! Thank-you!
Every bit of advice has been noted and appreciated, and although I may not follow it all to the letter, I'm far more comfortable and confident with where Mouse and I are and what we are aiming for, and how I plan to get there.
So our training tonight comprised of some heelwork (to include some natty little twirls, leg weaves, the stop whistle and a few cha-cha-cha's) a couple of retrieves where Mouse introduced to me the clever idea of me having to shake her paw before she released the dummy (which I thought was a rather nice touch) and we explored the concept that a 'back' can be done walking backwards. All good, clean fun and a cracking time was had by all!
