Just curious as to how it works.

Zanna has lateral ligament damage, one has been totaly replaced with a figure of eight wire and screws, but the other was a partial tear.

She did well at first, and isnt lame as such but I am not convinced that I want her to go through even more surgery, the 2 ops she has already had were painful and a long recovery and I am keen to avoid another surgery for her sake. Pondering if one of these could possibly help her Confused Or as the cruciate is in the front could it possibly just put pressure in the wrong area and make things worse.

She has started to lose muscle tone on the leg again Sad But copes well with full exercise and never seems to be showing pain.

Have you tried swimming to build up the muscle. Lab really love this.

Both seem to work really well. Ive tried the swimming and this really works well for building up the muscles. Idea

Thanks Smile

I am avoiding vets at the moment Laura, she is not in pain and not limping, I really think she never learnt to use her leg properly doing the injury so young and having a long recouperation.

Zanna has been swimming since 5/6 months ish Quincy, and yes, she does love it. Smile

Just curious about the braces as they are an american thing, not alot of knowledge or info over here .

I may just have to accept that she will never use the leg as I would like her to, as long as she is not in pain that is all that concerns me.
