I post this with mixed feelings, as I wish it had been me handling my boy Flash today.

As I have mentioned before, Flash (Churchview Toby of Lowforge) is handled by a friend of mine, Roy Ellershaw. Today at the KC Open Spaniel Test at Chatsworth, they made a little piece of history. It was the first time that a Cocker has beaten the Springers to win the test. I am chuffed to mintballs, as we say oooop norf!

It's only the second working test that Flash has run in so I really am highly delighted.

Back to training next weekend getting ready for the early Trials shooting rabbits over him.

One other point of note from today, Russ Hodgen got a COM in Novice Retriever with Kim (Lowforge Amelia of Russjancoe) as well as winning the event with Partridge Flush of Russjancoe.
