Well my OH has decided he doesn't want to come to the BBQ anymore ( I think he's scared!) so my eldest daughter Rachel is going to come with me instead she's a very mature 16year old so shouldn't cause too much trouble
We're going to arrive mid afternoon I think and go for a walk to wear out the dogs first

Aww no please come for the whole weekend, the tent is big enough and Ross will have a ball, plenty of dogs to keep him amused, and im sure plenty of wine to keep his mum amused.....see ya on the Friday then LOL

This is Sherrys son, Simon.
She has asked me to keep an eye on everything to make sure she pays up on time. She is up to her neck in some dire work stuff and is working away from home. Everything should be sorted by this weekend and will be back with her silly sense of humour and driving me mad.

OK - BBQ details are here: we're aiming for £5 per head again, £3.50 for meat (see how to pay this below) & £1.50 for other stuff (which Nat will collect on the saturday morning then do a tesco's run! - thankyou Natalie). It's a flat rate per person, both adults/children - and we've budgetted for some spare stuff for the pooches. There will be a mix of meat - chicken kebabs, pork sausages, lamb grillsticks & beefburgers, so that everyone will be able to find something they like.
I'm in charge of the meat - I'll order it and then my lovely OH will bring it to the campsite on the saturday and stay to help cook. The process is as follows:
- check your details are up to date in the list below
- PM me and I will send you my email address back (don't want to publish it on forum)
- paypal me the amount you owe - £3.50 per head - NB we've allowed for paypal charges in this
- I'll update the list below to show you have paid
