Well after feeling strong enough to post today about my bad luck with Boots hip scores I have been asked to post a bit more about what is happening!

I have given this matter a lot of thought and much as I would like to keep Boots here wrapped in cotton wool, he is a young dog, part trained already and needs to be doing things. I feel that if stays here he will very much be put on the back burner as I push on with my other dogs, so I have chatted with a few of my closest pals from LF and we have forged a plan.............

He is going to live with Morag (Moj) and Bracken. Mo has kindly offered to give Boots a home (and a sofa Wink ) and looking forward to forging ahead with his training. It will not be happening for a little while yet as I have a castration to organise, but suffice to say Mo has already started rearranging the furniture so two dogs can lie in front of the fire!

I would just add that Mo asked me to tell everyone because she was concerned that people might think she had hassled me for Boots when I am too upset to argue, which of course isn't the case. I am hugely grateful to Mo for taking him and he has a second home here whenever he needs it.

It is never easy to put the good of the dog first before our own feelings so (((hugs))) for you Jill.
I think he will have a great time living with Morag and Bracken , and is a very lucky fella to have 2 homes who love him dearly .

What a brave thing to do, {{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}} I'm sure that Boots will have a ball living with Bracken and Morag, and having 2 homes is always better than one (double birthday presents, double christmas presents etc etc) not to mention a new comfy sofa Very Happy

My sympathies Jill - that must have been a very hard decision to make - and its very slefless of you to put Boots and his needs first...

And Mo will give him a wonderful home....
