Can anyone give me tips on how to get chewing gum out of my pups fur. On taking him his walk he must have sat on some chewing gum, I bathed him and tried brushing it out, didn't work, too dodgy an area to try scissors, it is right under his tail on a sensitive bit! Tried picking it off (not the most pleasant thing to do!) but it seems to hurt him. It's picking up all the dirt and now looks pretty disgusting, especially where it is. Thanks.

Roz

Yuk! Poor wee man. Could you put an ice pack on it until it freezes then pick it off?

Luna ate chewing gum on one of her first walks! puke_r

Wait until he's sleeping and still then sneak up behind with ice or scissors!

Peanut butter!

Worked for me when I got some stuck in my hair when I was 11. Embarassed

I'm assuming it's just the oil so you might find any old oil will get rid.

Good luck! Very Happy
