That's excellent news, well done. Good to see Flash is a proper cocker, more my type. I met Roy up here last year at a cocker trial, he seems a really nice guy and doesn't take everything too seriously, we ran against each other and both our dogs had a good flush, rabbits were shot, sent our dogs and they both pegged different rabbits on the way out! We did laugh about it. The joys of stunk out rabbits.
Quite an achievement to beat the springers, especially as they have a height advantage when it comes to marking and jumping. Keep us updated on his progress!
Hi everyone im new here.i was at the kennel club test on sunday and have a list of all the dogs that ran but i missed the name of the dog that won the novice retriever. I think that it was a late entry and some one said that it was called Partridge Flush of Russjancoe can anyone confirm this for me. Many thanks .
Hmmm, some of these results don't add up - according to D. Lisett that was judging the young handlers this is the result of the retriever young handler:
1st 16 Jesse Musk with G Ret B. Deepfleet Vesta
2nd 2 Bryony Rose Bleackley with Lab B. Bryn Bonnie bertha
3rd 15 Jesse Musk with Lab B. Honey My Shooting Star
4th 11 Katy Jackson with Lab D. Premierleek Lucky
COM 6 James Craig with Lab D. Leawyn Lapis of Isle of Man
COM 7 Natasha Curill with lab D. Swinbrook Harvey
I'm pretty sure that that is the correct result as this was also confirmed by young Ms Musk last night.
Must be yet another printing error on KC's behalf
Natasha
