Congrats, it sounds like you know what you are doing Wink I have seen you have had some great advice, and I hope you will remain a memeber of LF so we can see how Candy gets on Very Happy

thanks, i lost my old black lab about 10 years ago,to this day i still miss him,he use to come to work with me,but in the summer left him at home at it was too hot for him

,im a gas enginner and travel from job to job, once candy is old enough will again hopefully take her with me one day and missy the other get a big bed, water bowl etc, but if its too hot would never take them with me

i saw a couple of dogs today shut in a car, happended to see 2 x home beat police officers and told them straight away, the owners came back and by god my wife ripped there heads off,the coppers couldnt get a word in sideways.

i will make sure to keep them both training but this may sound a silly question but what about different commands for each or will they learn if i call there names before the command,

thanks so much and hope i can stick around,so nice to talk to people who care so much about there pets,or should i say extended family children

take care

gary

I've really enjoyed reading your post about Missy and Candy, they look adorable together.

We have had Oscar for 2 weeks now and already I would love another puppy. He has been so rewarding to have around, that I would love for him to have another doggy friend, however I will take note of Di's advice (who is Oscar's breeder) and perhaps leave things a little longer before jumping into anything too soon. To be fair though, it's Di's fault really as she has another waiting list for a litter due to be homed in August - just too temping to have another Wylanbriar dog!
