Find a photo you like, upload the image to Photobucket (google it) and then you will see once uploaded a box that says 'share' find the IMG code and copy it.

Is it possible to set the web site so that it will only accept signature pictures that fall within the maximum size?

Do I need to make mine smaller? - it is 240 x 320 so only just over the limit.
