Hi there,

George is 11yrs old and is somewhat overweight which i need to get shifted!

Can you please advice what is the best all round dry dog food for weight loss? From what i have read on the forums, Arden Grange and Skinners seem to be the two general favourites.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there!

And welcome!! I'm an Arden Grange fan - but to be honest if I want to reduce weight by a little I just reduce the daily portion a little... and let nature takes it course....

Welcome to LF!!!

I answered on your other thread.

Arden Grange is my favourite. I have 2 dogs on the light version.

Feed your dog about a third less than you are already feeding and as Eve says, let nature do the hard work!

Very Happy

Just like humans, eat less, move more!

Wish I could follow that ethos! Embarassed
