I`d have thought they`d also be asking for the return of the damaged collar to see where the design has gone wrong, has to be a problem somewhere with so many splitting/snapping.

The plastic loop that the spare end goes through on Megs collar has snapped, is it worth contacting them for that do you think as it doesn't really affect the collars use - I use an elastic band instead at the moment to hold the end down Rolling Eyes

Glad you are all getting replacements, but there seem to be quite a few problems with the collars, which has put me off buying one when I have the money I must admit Confused Has the company done anything to correct the problems so the replacement ones don't do the same, does anyone know?

The replacements are just the same collars as far as I know... I should get mine any day now.
