Well after reading about Karen and Wendy's success of having a replacement collar sent out as theirs had split, i thought i'd send an email as alfie's has split.....

I sent the email about 2 hours ago and i just got a reply saying they will happily replace it if i send them the size, style and my address Very HappyVery HappyVery Happy

What fantastic service, i'm soooo impressed and so happy!!

Thanks Karen and Wendy for your help and thank you dublin dog for the fab service!!! I feel like telling the world how great they are Laughing although i'll wait until i recieve the collar Laughing

ok have emailed them and also had a bit of a moan at the leads Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes trust me
The leads dont wash up very well at all. Much prefer the red dingo ones x

Good to hear they've replaced them - though it will be interesting to see if they amend their design as there is evidently problems.

I didn't realise people HADN'T being returning them - seems every week someone elses has broke- I know they're not UK based but for those who did buy in the UK they would be covered by the sale of goods act as either faulty or not fit for purpose.
Unless you've had it ages they'd have to replace it or refund.
