God if they could do that with every dog being sold/"got rid of" by uncaring owners they'd have an even bigger stack of dogs with nowhere to go Sad I just wish these people could be stopped from acquiring dogs in the first place, that's the only way things will ever change.

I thought about calling the RSPCA when she announced she was getting a dog, again on facebook Rolling Eyes , but before i got a chance, the puppy had been bought.

Tho i'm sure they couldn't have done anything, as i said earlier, no doubt it is her human right to have a dog if she wishes, even if anyone who knows her thinks it's an awful idea. Until something bad happens i don't think there is anything that they can do... Sad
