It does smell a bit but not too bad.
My OH will often say " I love liver why won't you cook it for me?"
Don't know what to say really, only I can't imagine serving it up as a meal for us newman beings

I make liver cake all the time for training, I made two batches yesterday and chop it up then put it in bags in the freezer.
I use this recipe.
Liver Cake
Approx. 375g of Liver, 2 eggs and 2-4 cloves garlic.
Whiz in a food processor - add in 1 cup of Self-Raising flour. Spread out thinly on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes in a moderate oven. Cool and chop. Freezes well.
