Yes he will be 9 weeks old when we bring him in on 27th. Maybe it has got something to do with age. I think £60 per month is what I pay for my own life insurance Rolling Eyes

I did an Axa quote for Bramble based on my current postcode and a potential new one...it made over £100 difference in the quote... Shocked Shocked

I found really goods quotes from Argos and M&S, I ended up going with Argos.
As well as this I used quidco.com to link to the site and got £20 for the trouble of taking out the insurance which i would have done regardless, there are links for others too with cashback.

We've just changed our insurance from Petplan to M&S mainly because of the cost of petplan and because we were bringing Oscar home and theres no way we were going to be paying over £700 a year for 2 dogs as Petplan put the renewal up by about £70 i think for Marley even though we'd never claimed and Marley is only 1.

Axa worked out slightly more for us and M&S seemed to give the best deal best quote and best yearly amount per condition for life!

Give M&S a try as we now pay £16 for Oscar whose 8 1/2 weeks old and £14 for Marley a month

i used to have my 2 dogs ins thru m+s with axa, cost was £58.50 per/mth i paid extra on top of prem beacaue they had a promotion on at the time which gave me a no excess option which i took out for that i got £7k per year. when time came for ins/ renewal policy was altered by m+s/axa i.e price increased by 30% also no longer had no excess option removed needless to say no longer with them
