Oh my god. The b*st*rds.

Edit, if they think it might be someone that reported them to the RSPCA and who doesn't realise what they are doing - eg trying to trap their dog (good) rather than hurt another animal, I wonder, do they have something on the cage to explain - a laminated poster perhaps?
