Andrew – Those are very impressive pics. The first one of Seal is a classic.
Lucy is doing her job, knowing she was to be chauffeur driven there and home also.
Joking apart, it’s great to see labs doing their job and getting wounded birds that may get away. The birds can just go limp, in the dog’s mouth and it can be a surprise when they spring to life in your hands when you collect them. It’s what the retriever is there for.
Its not easy taking photos on a shoot day, as those of us who try to can testify, so as I say, very impressive photos, great skill.

Believe me it's not a talent, I use the law of averages, and take loads of pictures, there's bound to be a good one in there somewhere!!!!
I'll give you fair warning, it's beaters days on one of the shoots tomorrow, so there may be some pictures posted with a somewhat "minky" theme to them !!
Once again great photos Andrew and great theme, you can really see the difference between the newbies and oldie, all special and important in their own way!
