Lynne, this Orangery is a bit of a can of worms - last time someone mentioned the building, several buses full of English Heritage people turned up and spend a whole day taking pictures and looking at it.
It's a question of money: £1million to be precise as that is what it's going to cost to restore the Orangery. It's all there including all the pipe work and pumps for the heating and I've got the great privilege of having it here at my doorstep...

Thank you for info Natasha - 1 million - Mmm - a ittle short of that amount of cash at the moment - but would love to help. I'll put it at the top of my 'to do' list when I win big on the lottery . Seriously though how great it would be to see such a building restore and saved.
Seeing your photos you have a wonderful 'office' in which you work! Oh lucky lady ! Lynne
Beautiful photos Natasha! We are so lucky to be invited to these wonderful places. Looks a bit chilly though! We were not shooting today, and as I was driving to the shoot to feed it started to snow heavy, although only for a few minutes. Biting cold opening steel gates though!!!
I was looking and looking and then I went to put my glasses on and looked again.....and all I could see was an Oak tree with it's leaves still on. I had no idea they came in evergreen varieties though, so I kept telling myself it couldn't have been an Oak. How intruiging, I'll have to have a google about them now.
They are beautiful pics Natasha. I am sooooo hoping if I work hard enough I can put pics up of 09/10 season with Jasper. *closes eyes tightly and wishes very very very hard*
