Hiedi was my In-Laws tiny 6yr old Miniture Shnauzer ,
She sadley went to the Bridge this morning ... Just over a week ago Heidi was diagnosed with a Brain tumour, It was a very sudden Illness and last weekend my in-laws had braced themselves to say goodbye...But Hiedi had other ideas... She stunned the staff at the veterinary Hospital by picking up ...It was as if she was saying " I'm not ready yet"...
She came home tuesday, and spent these past few days quietly but happily with her "mum and dad" the loves of her short life.... Yesterday, as if it was her parting gift to them .... The Hiedi we knew and loved had reappeared she had a wonderful day.... Her favourite walk on the sea front... Chicken for dinner and snuggled up for the evening....
I really do like to think it was the reason she pulled through last week.. She wanted to be home to leave my in-laws precious last happy memories of the sweetheart she was....
I have cried buckets since knowing that she has gone... She and Sherpa were quite a team... " Little and Large" when together , Hiedi always the boss , Heidi would often be found standing underneath Sherpa whilst he was eating from his bowl and she would also be helping herself to a tiny bite of his food!!
Night night God Bless Hiedi Girl , We Love you pumpkin always,
