The chap who is "fireinvestigationdog" is called Bob and he is a smashing bloke - when they didn't have some of the lightweight vetbed in earlier in the year, he rang me to apologise and we ended up chatting for half an hour about all kinds hehe. Instead of making me wait for him to get some in, he sent some of the heavyweight stuff instead. Then when I was at a show buying some vetbeda few months back, he said to me "I'm sure I recognise your voice" ( Shocked ) turned out to be him and he threw in an extra sheet Very Happy

You don't get many nice people like that nowadays.
