Oh how very sad. Crying or Very sad
People who did take photos are sick. 10 years ago I was involve in most horrible accident. I was crossing the road and was hit by a huge track. My legs were broken to pieces. In happend in Russia in the winter it was 28 degrees BELOW zero, freezing, but there was a woman who came out from her flat in her bathwrobe to take a look and take pics, while I was screaming from pain and horror. Shocked Sad

That is so shocking, I am almost speechless Shocked I'd hate to be inside the mind of a person like that - it must be a scary place to be.
Anyway, I hope you recovered fully from your injuries.

God how awful for you - hope you have recovered well? I have no clue what makes people behave so bizarrely. If I come across the scene of an accident, when my husband is driving, I do look, but to check that there are already people on the scene helping and that we don't need to stop to help. It's so awful that the woman came out to take photos but not to help you Sad Thank god not everyone is like that.

I just cant understand what is in their heads? Do they get a some sort of pleasure from somebodys pain and tragedy? Sad Shocked
Unfortunately in this accident I lost my left leg. Sad BUt I will always remeber young woman, who were sitting with me until ambulance came. She cuddle me and hold me very tight and was talking to me. She was a stranger and I never saw her after an accident, but I remeber her face and her voice. I think she was an angel. Smile I did try to find her, but no luck. May be she has a lab and will find me on LF. Smile

I'm very sorry that you lost your leg Sad

I'm glad someone with compassion was there for you Group Huuug! I don't know what drives some people to act as they do, I really don't.

I think she must have been your Angel, too angel7

People that stare at things like this are beyond words!! I personally do not understand how they could look unless they are able to help. Lets hope it gives them all nightmares for months to come!!
