Just heard that the traffic had been stopped on the motorway
because a horse box had come open and the horse had fallen
into the path of an oncoming lorry and died an horrendous death.

What annoys me more is people stopped to take photos

I agree that it's unpleasant to take photos, but.... how on earth did the horsebox door come open on a motorway???

It's tragic about the horse, but thank goodness there was no loss of human life too - the result of an accident like this could have been far more serious.
