I do hope you will continue to support rescue, however, if you feel that there is no longer a need for this on Lab Forums I am more than happy to suggest to Julie we close the section down.

All rescue organisations appreciate ALL the support they get, and we know that the financial situation isn't helping, but many of our members will reimburse petrol costs and other expenses.

Unfortunately, without YOUR continued support we cannot do the work we do.

So I will leave it all with you.

Thank you Linda Very Happy

I just know it can be so emotional for some people and I don't want people to feel they are under any pressure, I just though people maybe getting fed up with all the appeals

I wouldn't want to see it go either, even though I am too far away to help with the pleas etc.

I do love reading the happy endings Very Happy

I'd like to see it stay. If we can save one dog between us all then it is worth it as far as I'm concerned. I try to help where I can as lots of others do, and I think you do a great job Nat.

Please don't go. You are doing a great job. I am keeping an eye out if there is anything nearby that I can help with.
Is there any reason you are suggesting you leave? Do you not get any responses?

Of course it should stay. Shocked

It may be that there's not much most of us can do, but the one time one of us can help is better than nothing.

I think there are many here (who like me) read the LLR forum and think "if only". Sad
Most of us don't have the time, the room, or whatever but it doesn't mean we don't care.

One day transport or something may be needed in the far flung reaches of North Yorkshire, if so I'll do what I can. But I'll need to know about it.

Very Happy

Stay, stay, stay. This is another window for rescue labs to find a home. Even if it is only one placed that is better than none.

I admire greatly what all the rescues do to try and help dogs.

Just wish I could look after more than the one I took in. I guess the rescues for the larger breeds are having even more trouble finding homes Sad

I was reading about a rescue lab on the Big Brother forum (of all places) so it's nice to hear they are still being placed.
