Fantastic article... we know a young couple who have been through something very similar, and a lovely rescue labrador saw my friend through her illness, including the hospice at the end, and her husbands bereavement.

I'd always wanted a dog, but witnessing what a positive presence this dog was, was the reason we went ahead and got our lovely boy...

Here's Bailey and Bosun. the two aforementioned dogs...
