I can't seem to find what I'm after and wondered if any of you could point me in the right direction.

I have a Red Dingo small size lead for Cleo....the only problem is it's pink (not really my colour Wink ) and I would like something similar but in the much more practical brown. I have looked and looked but I can't seem to get anything narrow, lightweight and soft in plain brown.

I don't want anything with writing or patterns on. I don't want stretchy, or extendable and I don't want leather, unless it is really soft and lightweight (Pood only weighs 5kgs).....I just want plain dark brown (not tan) and preferably fairly long too (at least 5 ft but 6 ft would be better).

Am I looking for the impossible?

I think that must be where I have seen them too. After failing to find them on the internet, I thought I must have imagined them though.

Laughing Laughing Laughing No, unless I have imagined them too! Wink

But I have to say, there is one trade stand (can't remember its name) that amazes me with the amount of leads and collars it has on offer... the selection is fantastic!

I'll have to keep my eyes open next time I'm at a country show, if I don't find one on the 'net. Wink

I got a reeeeealy nice brown leather slip lead from our local pet shop last week after loosing my old faithful slip lead in the woods! I was desperate and needed it for that night! Anyway, it is a lovely lead but it cost a RIDICULOUS £25. I'll take a piccie tonight if you like.

We also have a Dublin dog brown one, but it has a sort of rubbery bit on the handle and I think at the bottom that say something like "luck of the irish" or some such. It is stiched on, so you could easily stich pick it off without damaging the integrity of the lead. It is also a pretty good length of lead too!

Might be worth googling luxway canine supplies, I am sure they used to do small rope leads (not slip) in different colours, I think they have an online catalogue to download.
