We shall not be coming as its a bit far for us just checked on my sat nav and its a 2 1/2 hour drive each way for us.

Right peeps, not had much luck trying to get this organised! Aren't there any more people in the South that like FUN????

So far, the following people have said yes to coming:
Me (either day)
TrueBlue69 (either day)

Georgia (for Sunday)

Gregg, my dear 2i/c.....no response from you! Are you hiding from your leader!!!!!?????

Any more folk interested in a trip to West Wittering Beach for a frolick on the sand and a paddle in the sea, and possibly a mini BBQ or picnic on the beach????

Hi Jemima, once again we would have loved to join you all (especially as we had to miss the southern GT), but we're not going to be able to. Sammy has been for a checkup and he's allowed 30 minute walks now with 10 of those off lead on level ground for a further month. We've been taking it easy and sticking to the regime, and so far so good, no more limping but just can't chance letting him go mad yet.

Hope you all have a great day at the beach, and fingers crossed we can all make it to the next outing Very Happy

Not sure on what is going on that weekend, its ringing bells but I can;t find any evidence as to why Embarassed

So I THINK we are probably available - and probably either day but Satuirday for preference as if I am going to see my father that is always on a Sunday....

What is happening about the BBQ? Do we bring our own disposables or just the meat or is it a bring and share jobby?????

Ok Eve, shall put you down for either day (with a preference for Sat)

I haven't even gotten around to thinking about the BBQ because the response to this hasn't been great. But i reckon if one of the lads is happy to organise a disposable BBQ (or 2 depending on numbers) and we all bring along some grub (keep it simple, burgers, sausages, burger baps, and some salad) then we can divvy it up between those who are coming.

Does that sound like a plan?

as regards food etc, if we all bring something, then there's something for everyone ........

Bit far for me (2 hrs 20 mins each way) not that I could do that Sat or Sun anyway (bit of a dead loss, me Laughing

) but I hope all that turn up enjoy themselves and I want to see lots of piccies. Wink
