FALLOW NEEDS A VERY SPECIAL HOME OR FOSTER HOME ASAP

This is Fallow. I am appealing for a very special home or foster home for her. She is a terrified ex breeding dog. She has never been on a lead, or set foot out of her kennel in all her years. She is deeply scared. She is good with other dogs but is like a scared deer around people. She does not move from her bed. She does not bite, growl, snarl, show her teeth, wag, greet, show emotion or eat or drink in front of a human. She is really sweet, but needs a secure fenced garden, another outwardgoing dog and people who are very patient, kind and will not expect too much from her. She is a real project but for the right person she will be very rewarding. I doubt she will ever make a normal dog but what we need (both her and I) is for Fallow to be happy.

Sweet Fallow is an 8 yr old ex breeding female Labrador. She arrived scared of everything and is looking for a home with lots of TLC where she can learn how lovely it is to live as part of a family. She does not know how to walk on a lead. Fallow gets on well with the dogs she has met at the Rescue and would love to be homed with a confident dog to learn from.

PLEASE NOTE: Ex-breeding dogs are normally best homed with another dog as they have usually never lived in a house before. They are used to living with other dogs and learn faster with another to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience.

There is no adoption fee for Fallow due to her age, However, please bear in mind that Many Tears have incurred vet costs etc to save this dog's life and your donation will help us to save another. All our dogs are micro-chipped, inoculated and spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. To adopt a dog from Many Tears Animal Rescue you will be home checked and you and all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the new dog. If you are interest in adopting please call the rescue centre between 10am and 4pm on 01269 843084. We are unable to return phone calls so please try again if your call is not answered or email us at sw.vanatta@virgin.net.

Frampton is a 5 month old beautiful lab puppy. He was unsold so given to us. He has not known pet dog life and so will need a whole lot of love. He is very gentle and was ecstatic to see another lab.

PLEASE NOTE: Ex-breeding dogs are normally best homed with another dog as they have usually never lived in a house before. They are used to living with other dogs and learn faster with another to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. All our dogs are micro-chipped, inoculated and spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. If you are adopting a puppy you will need to provide details of training classes in your area. We ask for a minimum adoption fee of £140. If you are interest in adopting please call the rescue centre between 10am and 4pm on 01269 843084. We are unable to return phone calls so please try again if your call is not answered or email us at sw.vanatta@virgin.net.
