axa were very good when they perviously underwrote m & s
however as i posted elsewhere - my 9yo dog who has a good health history - i've just moved him from M & S (Royal SunAlliance) to Axa - as Axa only have a £70 excess for him (M & S had a similar excess plus 20% of any claims)...
i will probably keep my younger dog - who has occasional skin problems - with M & S - pre-existing claims
