That's not really on - they sohuld have said ' new and improved' as i'm sure a lot of people buy more based on the first.

I actually think I prefer the new, because they are more bendy. The first one I got it so thick that it sat funny on his neck for a while.

Some one was saying that they thought that the collar was stretching, and I could imagine that with these new ones. I can stretch them a little. You just can't pull the other one at all.

I think the "material" part might well be a woven version of the polymer stuffie. I'm not entirely sure.
