As in "endorsements will be lifted upon the owner undertaking health testing".... type of thing?
Apparently (altho i can't remeber why now, we were discussing it over a bottle of wine!! ) that would carry some weight. Something to do with officially being percieved as the owner by the breeder.... or something like that
Just a thought...
But of course! this will then mean that by lifting the endorsement, the breeder has then recognised the puppy/dog owner as the rightful owner!
And a KC accredited breeder? (my *** ) Surely, the KC must be acting on this if they want their scheme to be taken serious - I'm very happy that I've chosen to not to join the accredited breeder scheme just yet when this is the sort of people who gets accepted into it
