I have made these a few times Very Happy

Peamutt Butter Cookies I have never baked using 'cups', but it is so easy. So here goes. These are Chloe's favourite.
1/4 cup peanut butter
I tablespoon vegeatble oil
I cup water
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
I cup oatmeal - porridge oats works too.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees or 190 degrees.
In a large bowl combine peanut butter, oil and water. Gradually add flour , then oatmeal. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut with a cookie cutter. Bake for 35 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. Yummy Laughing
