That reminds me of when I bought a "Battle Tested" toy for Oyster, which lasted about 5 mins before there was a Kaypok Storm in the living room.
I never found any toy that Oyster couldn't destroy, her teeth went through the hardest rubber. The best things I've found have been Fleece tuggies, at least they can't destuff them and they don't shred either.
I buy the Nylabone Galileo bones for mine - they're not toys, they're a harder version of the Nylabone but they last for ages and mine like to give them a good gnaw.
I bought a combat, battle-tested type toy once for Max. He had the stuffing out within minutes
Of all the toys we have bought, I have found the Air Kong ones the best for him, for some reason they last way longer than anything else and he loves to carry them around.
Five foot tuggies? Mine NEED one of those.

To me thats positively dangerous to give a dog thats been left alone, Harley could have eaten those pieces , the only thing that lasts CJ any length of time is a tuggy, I get em from the pound shop, takes him a few weeks to chew through one, even more time if Cindy decides to become a toy and hangs onto the end of it
"Thoughtfully designed for dogs of all ages" is their motto
wow... well that sounds like it was meant for all dogs then! I bought a pet stages knot ball thing for the pup.... infact Huds had one too.... and came a time that it was too easily destroyed so it got binned... so I've always assumed the pet stages were for puppys.
One of the best wearing toys that we have are the scabby old towels used for drying the dog!!! Some of them have big holes in... but they make great tuggie toys!!!

I haven't found anything that Chester can't destruct... nothing... besides nylabones...
There have been occasions where he has passed through bits of green, purple and yellow bits of rubber!! Since then, I don't get anything that he 'might' be able to wreck..

Thanks for your concern -Mary-
Luckily I work from home and have had the luxury today of a complete day without any appointments out, so Harvey has been at my feet all day. As he chewed off each ball, I picked them up until I had the full set, and he was left with just a bit of rope.
The toy does say it is designed to fight boredom when alone, so I see where you are coming from, but I can assure you his distruction was well supervised !
btw its Harvey, not Harley - you'll give him a complex if he hears that !
