Main GT 2008 CANCELLED

I'm really sorry about it being cancelled, I feel really guilty but right back at the choosing the date stage I said we couldn't do this weekend, it's a shame all the people voted for that date and then when they got their choice didn't buy the tickets Rolling Eyes

I am so sorry to hear its had to have been cancelled, I couldn't make it this year either sadly, but I really hope that doesn't mean no more BIG GT'S

Sorry to hear its had to be cancelled, I`d have liked to have committed and would have if I didn`t have the worry of the house atm.

pants! We were really looking forward to our first GT and meeting some people (we were booked into the travelodge as not sure basil first camping trip should be with oodles of labs Sad

)

I really hope that people will spare the time to try and sort one for next year though - maybe by then people will have adjusted a bit for the fuel prices etc.

Hi Everyone,

I would just like to add a thank you to this thread, to Kaye, for all her effort in organising the GT, even though it hasn't gone ahead due to low attendance Kaye has still been very busy planning away. Thank you Kaye for all your hard work.

Don't give up on the big GT's - i'm sure next years will be a cracking one. Smile

What a pity. I would have loved to have come but it was too far South for me as I had to be back in Scotland for a wedding next day. Would have travelled down otherwise.
