I find that at dog shows/competitions people leave their dogs in cars. They leave windows half open with sometimes a sheet around the windows to block the sun.
I'm going to a competition next week and have been asked if I can help out at the start to set things up, but that means leaving my dog in the car and I'm worried if it's going to be a hot day.
They also said that I should leave her in the car for a while before the competition, so she doesn't get bored and tired walking around all morning.
Obviously I don't want to put her at risk by following what everyone else is doing....
