New Server Update - Volunteers Required!

We are almost there, we've built out the new server, stripped out as much as we can to make it as fast as possible and have a copy of the website running on it.

We still have some tweaking to do before we can make the switch but more importantly we need to test it out to make sure everything is working as expected. This is where the "volunteer" bit comes in. Wink

We are looking for maybe 20 or so members who will be around next Sunday evening for half an hour or so (exact time tbc). We want you to have you browse around the site on the new server to make sure everything is working correctly while we monitor the server to make sure it can handle the load that lf would normally see day to day.

If you are able to spare some time next Sunday please let me know via pm or post on this thread. A little closer to the time I'll send out more details and a plan of action.

If all goes well then fingers crossed we are hoping to move across to the new server within a week of the test (again tbc). Wink
