OK campers (hehe) - we need to get plans in place for the bbq on saturday night. The general idea is:
1. confirm numbers camping - please all check & confirm below (NB you are not committing at this stage to the bbq)
2. based on these numbers the catering team will price up the meat & publish a price. At this stage you will need to confirm & part with your cash so we can get the meat ordered. We are going to keep it fairly simple/low budget so it suits everyone. And we'll slightly over order so the hounds don't go without.
Please let us know if you are a non-meat eater.
3. we'll have a whip round at the campsite on the saturday for a tesco's run for bread, coleslaw, etc

I'm not going to be about after tomorrow for a couple of weeks. Can I sign both of us up to the bbq? Neither of us are fussy eaters so will go with whatever we're given, and happy to pay whatever you work it out as - I know it will be fine! I'll try and check my emails a couple of times while I'm away so if someone who has my email could demand money then I'll pay up!
