AngelaC - thansk for your response. I am not able to get home at luch, as the times i go out are worked around dropping kids off, getting to work for 5 hour shift and getting back to collect kids, but i understand your point. There are times when i could get back around 2.45 till 3pm to check but i couldnt say this could happen for definite and feel i need to be realistic as poss. So if it was necessary to do this on a regular basis it may not be fair to a particular dog on. I also would prefer a lab, partly because thats the breed i know pretty well, and partly because charlie is a lab, and his previous companion was a lab.

To all those wonderful people who have volunteered so far THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You may not have been called upon yet, but its great to know I have cover in some areas.
