Seriously though Jo, I really am easy when it comes to food - if it's meat and fish free then i'm happy.

Potato waffles are fab on the bbq - as are corn on the cob. yum yum. (I'm feeling hungry now)

I somehow mannaged to miss all these posts!

OK... thinking of the things I can cook that are easy for bigger groups... like a curry... I'd be happy to do that. Other suggestions, we could do a big pot of pasta and then do a meat sauce like a chicken bake and a separate veggie bake. We could do pizzas... make your own sort of style... I could take up the bread maker it has a pizza dough setting and then you just put your own toppings on? What else?

We could just send someone to the chippy!!! Or is there a chinese local?

BBQ is a great idea. If we all take what we want on the BBQ then just cook as you go. I do a mean tattie salad. mmmmm

I'm starving this is making me worse!

I have a costco card, so I can get stuff in bulk if we know what we need.

If we can get a list together of what everyone wants for breakky and lunch then we could cost it out and one of us go shopping and get the lot.

I think for breakfasts it will be best to forget cooked ones and go with cereal etc otherwise we won't get out very early each day Laughing

I am not keen on curry but the pizzas sound great. In Aviemore, there is everything, chippy, Chinese, Indian etc etc.

For lunches we need various sandwich fillers, crisps etc.

I will keep an eye on the reduced cabinet for stuff for the BBQ each time I go shopping and keep it in the freezer.
