hi ,, indie has been on ;;BURNS; since she was 8 months old,, and i find that she has been great on it , up to yet,, , she is now 16 months,, i swapped indie onto burns as she was ,, just ;;bouncing off the walls ;;. even after 2 good walks a day ,she would sleep for about 30 mins then is up, running ,bringing her ball etc and carrys on nearly all day ,,lol,,and the food she was on was high in protein,28%,, so i thought after reading up on ,BURNS,,with only 18.5% protein,,it might make a difference, and she wouldnt be as hypo, ,lol, she is still the same ,,very spirited,,but ,BURNS ,seems to suit her,,hope you can get some more advice ,,!!

Interesting thread. I have fed Dibley and Willow Burns since they were puppies, well Willow still is.
Dibley is under size for a male labrador and we were really told off by our vet at one stage - at the time I ignored it but I'm not so sure now.
I am having trouble putting weight on Willow and have upped her food and always give lots of extra treats.
Finally recently Dibley has been having some real upset tums, including last night. I have put this down to stress but now I am wondering if I was right.
Trouble is I really thought I was doing the best for Dibley and Willow and now I don't know where to go for the best.

Hi Nic
Someone else suggested Arden ~Grange, I would second that suggestion, It is a high quality British food and their helpline is wonderful. I spoke to them about Neo and they were brilliant making suggestions as to what should be tested for and very realistic in what their food could and could not achieve. In the end Neo could not tolerate it, but I remain very impressed....
I am now feeding the baby on Purina Pro Plan which is also a good quality food. So you could look at that as well. The only reason he is not on ARden Grange is because the little horror did not like it and would not eat it....
He is now on the sensitive puppy which is salmon and rice and loves it, I think because the flavour is stronger.
But either food I reckon is good quality and both helplines seem to be very good
Let us know what you decide
