Anyone got any tips on what to do if a bee or wasp stings your dog? I want to be prepared just incase it happens this summer.

I always carry piriton with me as I'm allergic to wasp stings so if Ozzie got stung I would give him 1/2 a tablet. If it's a bee sting I would also make sure I got the sting out as well, wasps don't leave the sting in.

Hudson is allergic to Bee stings, so if he does get stung its straight to the vet.

Be careful you use the right one, because one is acid and the other alkaline, so if you use the wrong one it will actually make it worse.
If you are not sure if it is a bee or wasp then cut an onion in half and rub the juice in. It works wonders on both. I've used it on myself no end of times.
Regards, John
