Photo in signature problem

Hi
I have followed the info about putting photo in signature by clicking on thumbnail then right clicking pasting URL and pressing IMG then pasting URL followed by IMG again but all I get is URL and no photo on my signature. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong please.

Managed to get photo on signature when previewed so saved it but will not show on my posts just get URL. Help!!!

The thread in your signature appears to be too long. The link to the album and the photo link must be more than the allowed number of characters (I think it's something like 255). To insert an image you need the [img] tags at either end of the url and the link needs to end in .jpg or similar.

I am being so thick its given be a headache- feeling album url and album need to be the same?? URL -Asdralridge
album name Willow and Jet need picture number 009.
I would kiss the person who lets me know but our respective partners might object, but I would be everso grateful
a complete dummies guide is required for me I am afraid

I have my signature saved in photobucket - have you tried it that way?

Hi Fay- well I got the writing in- but I am flipping mad at myself, but I cannot get a picture up- I really do appreciate your help so far- is this what happens????? Or does the viewer have to 'want' to see the picture if you see what I mean- my husband has had a go but he's thick too!!

Fay, you know the saying cant see the wood for the trees, well..................putting IMG rather than URL is always helpfull dont you think???????? You can now rest undisturbed by my stupidity- unless you include my incarceration by HRH in the dungeon!!!!!!! I think I 've got 11 or so days to go- better crack on polishing the railings!!!
