what insurance does everyone use? Im looking for a lifetime cover. I got an M&S quote for £17 per month for the premium quote and that was for a 24 hour adivice line manned by veterinary nurses and i think it was £7000 vet fees. amongst other benefits which seem good Does this sound good? Just out of interest what does everyone else use? and what do you get for that?

I've been with M&S for a couple of years now, have never claimed but it had good reviews on here. Their cover is comparible with Pet Plan's, which is more expensive.

i have been with M & S - only claimed when it was under the Axa
Banner (which has recently been changed from renewal dates) and when they were with Axa they have always been brilliant.....

Dealt quickly and sympathetically with a major claim i had 3 years ago.... and were very professional when i dealt with them

i presume even though they've now changed underwriters they will remain as good - but you could also get a quote from Axa themselves

I used to be with M&S when they were with AXA but this year the price shot up and so did the excess (we used to be on nil excess). Got a quote from AXA directly and it was much more competitive for very similar cover so I changed to them.

Eve, im not sure i heard somewhere they take it on area due to how much vet fees cost in certain areas. That could be a load of rubbish though as my vet fees are not cheap!
