ok i'll admit to not transfering Alfie over to my name I moved a few months after i got him so i thought i'd wait till we moved and then mislayed the forms during the move, i have since found them though but as he's a pet is it necessary to transfer him? and at 2 and a half yrs old, have i left it too late?
Is there any reason that i should do it? oooo i feel like such a bad owner now I didn't realise the breeder would know i hadn't transfered him i thought it was only really necessary if you wanted to show and work them
I'm with Jayne - even though we didn't intend competing Radley, as soon as we got him home I sent the paperwork off because he's ALL MINE and no-one's sharing him (okay then apart from OH, Mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister, neices, nephews.......................).

Have to admit that as soon as we bought both Sam and Max the paperwork went straight off as I like seeing them registered in my name , it makes them seem really mine.
Sad arent I
I am exactly the same.....I couldn't wait to get all the paperwork back with my name on it
oohh I didnt even know you had to - Ruby isnt KC registered you see - I just added the £12 to my dally pups ever expanding fund to cover this hehehehehe

I couldnt wait to register the pups in my name and have my name as the owner seem all above board then. I also went one better and ordered the breed supplement too, my pups name were in there too.
