Well after running Petchat website for almost 4 years I have had to throw in the towel, I simply can't spread myself thin enough to dedicate enough time to make the site a worthwhile community
So I have decided to put it out to tender to see if i can find a buyer enthusiastic enough and with enough time / money to get it going 
The site is ranked No.1 and 2 in google for "Pet Chat" and No. 2 for "Pet forums" so that alone alongside the domain name itself make it a good buy
